Here’s what to expect:
Schedule An Appointment
Congratulations. You have decided to take action. When you reach out to us, we will place you with the most appropriate planning professional to meet your needs. Once we have an initial engagement scheduled, you will receive a Financial Checklist via email. This checklist is used to prepare you for your Introductory meeting so you may get the most out of your opportunity.
Gather Your Information
While gathering information isn’t fun, it is vital to our Financial Planning process. We want to know and understand all your details so that we can determine the best possible recommendations for you. After downloading our Financial Checklist, do your best to obtain all relevant information. Don’t sweat it if you are missing some documents. We can move along and continue to work until you are able to provide us with all your information.
Initial Introduction and Discovery Meeting
The purpose of this meeting is for us to learn about each other. It is important for you to know who we are and what we stand for. It is equally important for us to understand who you are, what it is you are looking for in a Financial Planner, what your goals are and what it is specifically you would like to know. Traditionally, a few days after our initial meeting, someone will be in touch with you to schedule a second meeting to present your financial plan.
Build Your Personalized Financial Plan
This is where the fun begins for us. Now that we have all your information, we get to really dive in and prove our value.
After our introductory meeting, we review your information and build out a personalized financial plan based on your specific desires. Often during our initial meeting, we ask questions and have conversations that you have likely never had. This leads to follow up questions and/or goals. We want you to get the most out of your time with us. We encourage you to share this information with us ahead of your second meeting so we can include the solutions in your plan.
Present Financial Plan
This is where we WOW you. In this meeting we will walk you through all your moving parts and show you exactly where you are at in terms of your goals. With our planning software, we will develop and show you our recommendations to build efficiency and add value. If there are glaring holes, we will show you them and tell you how we can help.
During this appointment, we will walk you through your options to hire us as your Financial Planners, and what services we can offer you. We act in a Fiduciary capacity and offer full transparency on our relationships and how we get compensated.
Sleep On It
Not everyone is comfortable making a commitment to work with us at the end of a Financial Planning presentation. Choosing the right Financial Planner for you is an important decision. We understand that. We want our relationship to be long-term and you to be at peace with your decision to work with us. If you need some time, take it. We will be here when you are ready!
Let’s Get Started
Upon your decision to work with us, we begin to on-board you as a client and implement your financial plan. At this time, we will discuss the terms of our relationship and explain the process of moving forward and laying out the next steps.
Ongoing Wealth Management
Once we are finished with implementing all our recommendations, we don’t just set it and forget it. In our office, we all have strategic roles and responsibilities that make your life easier. Our typical client service model has us meeting and reviewing with clients semi-annually. However, we do not believe in a one size fits all approach. We do meet more often with clients upon request.
Additionally, we also have clients that prefer not to meet as frequently. We cater to your needs. We have developed a review calendar to make sure we cover all areas and aspects on a routine basis.
Ongoing Wealth Management
We don’t just get the plan in place and forget it.
A Financial Plan isn’t a one-time event. A Financial Plan is a living, breathing, and adaptable set of strategies. It is an ongoing process that evolves as your life changes.
Our ongoing relationship includes 2 Financial Planning meetings per year, investment portfolio management by us, and on-demand meetings as needed.

During our Fall Financial Planning Meeting, we review anything that needs to be accomplished before the end of the year and look forward at what opportunities we can take advantage of at the beginning of the year.
